Yak sells a tracked rail system that bolts throught the roof then uses there standerd bars and what not. Saw it on another pop up camper.

Photos would help because it's difficult to suggest the ideal solution without seeing the vehicle but...

you don't need to waste money on rails unless you need to slide the bars for infinite crossbar spread possibilities.

If the camper has a liner it's difficult to mount anything to the roof without ruining the liner. You might need to use artificial raingutters and raingutter towers which bolt to the vertical sides of the camper where there is no liner. the thule version of these are the best

If there is no liner or it's easy to get behind you need control towers and 2pr of landing pad number 6. the lp#6 are a lot easier to install and better quality than the thule tracker towers

Put the bars around 36" apart. If you need to be able to move the bars further apart on occassion simply install another set of raingutters or landing pads.

Puuting tracks on the roof will costyou an extra $100 at least and takes a lot longer because they have to be perfectly parallel for the towers to slide.
