OT: Best Shop for Subaru Service?

Sorry to post this here but I've got a feeling that there may be a couple Suby owners on this forum.

My Outback is about ready for some routine maintenance. My warranty has expired so no more dealer service for me. I know there are a handful of shops in the area that specialize in Subys. Can anyone tell me if one is better than the rest or if I should avoid any of them. I live in the Country Club/Cheeseman Park area of Denver so the closer to there the better. That being said, I'm not afraid to drive for a great shop.

    Thanks in advance.

Yup, might be a drive for you, but...

I've been going to Super-Rupair for 18 years, mostly for parts, new and used, but they really know their stuff. Just got clutch parts a year ago for Suby # 5, a '92 Legacy, and they had a used clutch fork for only $10!

This is going to be a little drive for you, but there's a guy out in Aurora called Summit Auto that is great. He usually gets stuff taken care of in one day and he's a very straight-forward no BS guy to deal with, which I appreciate. On top of that, he knows his Legacys like nobody I've ever met. Every time I call him with a problem, he knows immediately what's going on. The first time I ever went out to his shop, I saw about 15 '00-'04 legacys lined up behind the shop and knew that my car had found a good doctor.

The best shop on the front range is Facinelli Motors in Monument, small shop used to be the head mechanic for Heuberger Subaru in Colorado Springs, really one of the best.

Steves mobile automotive service. He works exclusively on subarus and his prices are very reasonable (cheaper than every other mechanic I know for labor, parts, anything). Plus he comes to wherever you are so it makes it that much better. 5 stars for sure.
