Looking for advise on a expandable tray style bike carrier

I'm looking to get a tray style 2-bike carrier that fits a 1.25" receiver. At a later date, I'd like to buy another 2-bike carrier that fits a 2" receiver, that the existing 1.25" carrier would fit into to make a 4 bike carrier. Does anyone make such a thing?

1up USA does indeed. Hitch mount is 1.25 standard, and you just add an adapter to fit 2". It's rock solid, and is a modular tray system, meaning you can run 1-4 trays. Expensive, but worth it

I looked at the 1up, but I need to buy an 1.25" mount first, and it will only expand up to 3 bikes. That's why I was looking for a 1.25" carrier that could mount into a 2" carrier at a later date to carry 4 bikes.
