Help me identify these bike rack parts! For a custom motorcycle rack!

I really don't want to spend over $200 on a bike rack for my KLR650, (us KLR owners are notoriously cheap) so I want to try and make one.

I found a really old thread where someone made a really nice and simple one, and want to replicate it. I just don't know what these things are called:

The clamp that goes on the piece of pipe and then the frame of the bike:

Clamp that goes on the pipe and then connects to the forks' axle:

I've tried a dozen or more ebay searches trying to find something like them, but have had no luck. Does anyone recognize these clamps, and can you point me in the right direction?

YES that is what it is!! Thanks a ton mate, that was a super fast reply. I didn't even realize it was a rear-wheel holder supporting the frame.. Much appreciated!

That's the only short tray bike rack I know of. Thule stopped making one a long time ago. There are many ways to mount the front fork, with hard mount options for all types of axles. It's the rear tray that is harder to come by

    If you're going for cheap:

    Frame cradles galore

    Fork mounts galore

I'd shoot for Rola's fork mount. Works on a range of tube sizes, and is cheaper.
