Help with hitch rack selection for a coupe please

I was about to purchase a Sportrack 2EZ hitch mounted 2 bike rack for a
Civic 2door (along with a drawtite 1 1/4" class I hitch) and noticed that
the site I was looking says the rack is for class II hitches
    http://www.etrailer.com/pc-BRFF~A30901.htm

Could you guys recommend a hitch mounted rack similar to this one that works
    for class I hitches?

edit: I forgot to mention that I need to have some sort of option for securing the
    bike/rack to the car.

    Thank you.

I have a sportrack 2EZ hitch rack and use it on my wife's CR-V. She has a Class I hitch. According to my installer, Hidden Hitch (the hitch manufacturer) that limits the hitch to a max of 2 bikes - the max tongue weight is 200 lbs. I have only used the rack with 1 bike on her car but have not had a problem.

For more info, go to www.hiddenhitch.com and enter a 1999 Honda CRV in the fit guide.
