    Has anyone had experience with Yakima customer service?

    Hi guys. About a month ago my dad, and I purchased a Yakima Quickback 3 car rack. We were on a biking trip in the Catskills, and heading to the Ferncliffe Forest (has anyone gone there?) when we hit a small bump, and the rack snapped almost sending our two Specialized mountain bikes down the highway! (2009 Hardrock, 2008 Rockhopper Comp Disc.) When we got home we called Yakima and everything seemed right. Later we called again! Three times we called and for about a week they still have not called us back! At first the guy was great, and was going to give us a great price on a roof rack, and then after that they have not called back. I'm sure this does not happen to every one! Or does it... Can you tell me your experience with them? Thanks!

    I had a part that was cracked on a hitch rack that I bought a while back. I emailed them and they were very helpful and sent out a replacement part right away.
