    Fork Precaution(s)?

    Been cautioned from LBS to not use fork-mount bike rack (Yakima Sidewinder, Sprocket Rocket) w a Carbon or Magnesium fork, thoughts?

    Your lbs is feeding you a load of crap to get you to buy a more expensive rack. I suppose they cautioned you not to attach your front wheel to the fork either?
