8 inch extension with 1up Quick Rack

I drive an 80 series Toyota Land Cruiser with an aftermarket rear bumper with mounted spare tire and utility rack. The utility rack extend 16 inches from the end of the bumper.

I plan to use this receiver hitch with a max tongue weight rating of 200 pounds:
    MAF Receiver Hitch

I plan to use this etrailer 8 inch extension to clear the utility rack.
Hitch Extender for 2" Trailer Hitches - 8" Long Hidden Hitch Hitch Accessories 80307

With the dual quick rack at about 40 pounds and two bikes at about 35 pounds each. Total
weight will be about 115 pounds. From what I've read, the extension will effectively cut the tongue weight rating by 50%.

Is 115 pounds pushing the limit of the hitch? I do plan to us a strap to ease the load on the rack.

    Thank you.

Why doesn't your bumper have a receiver hitch built in? Is that a Slee? You could probably go back to them and have them fab it in and kill two birds with one stone.

Edit: I just checked your link and that bolt on hitch is totally inadequate. Get a proper class 3 hitch for your truck.

I've talked directly with the sellers of the hitch and they say it won't be a problem holding 115 pounds of rack and bikes with the extension. I'm still gathering more information.
