4 bike rack for 2 door Jeep?

It'll be two adult bikes and two kids bikes (total weight of around 100lbs).

We don't want to totally kill our Jeep's departure angle. The Jeep will be flat towed behind a 38ft tag axle motor home.

Should we go with a vertical or horizontal style rack?

BTW The jeep has a 2" lift, on 31's and a winch out front. Do you see any drive-ability/towing issues with all that weight out back?

Obviously if we're doing any serious 4x4 in the jeep, the bikes and rack will be back at camp.

I routinely carry two bikes on a receiver hitch rack and it doesn't seem to effect the ride that much, in fact I think the receiver hitch winch mount feels more cumbersome especially on the front. I am pretty much bone stock with some decent new gas shocks. My particular rack makes it difficult to get in the back of the jeep though as it doesn't drop to the side or down.
For about $10 you can buy a receiver tightener that really gets rid of a lot of the sway\ play in your receiver.
I will usually wrestle the bikes up on the roof rack if it looks like I need to get in and out of the back. I found out the hard way why you don't take any rough roads with them up there!

Snowboard, MTB and a Jeep all in one picture = win!

I've had two bikes on the back of a Miata, and while you could tell they were there, it was still acceptable to drive.

I had a JKU and used Northshore racks. Worked well. You may need to put a 2" receiver on.
