    2 inch to 1 1/4 inch hitch adapter

    The bike rack has a plastic sleeve to adapt it to fit the 2" receiver,not sure how that's going to work out.It also has the screw type pin. What do you guys use/recommend?

    Use the plastic sleeve and screw pin. And adapter adds length.

    Let me re-phrase that,can you get sleeves that would accomplish the same thing?

    a sleeve is usually proprietary to the rack.

    Yakima 4 bike rack with solid arms and rubber pads w/ straps to hold the top tube?
    1 1/4 metal receiver tube w/ a bolt welded in the center of it?
    I have the same one and the 2" adapter sucks.
    This is much better:
    2 Inch Hitch Reducer - ADPT-637
    I bought a better bolt at the hardware store with lock washer and a nut on the other to.
