    2019 Neuron 8.0 140mm fork conversion

    I have a 2019 Neuron CF 8.0.
Fox Rhythm 34 fork with 130mm travel.

I'm reading that that fork can be extended to 140 mm. And might help making HT angle slacker.

    Have anyone tried that?
    How does the bike feel?

What part number have you used (is it 820-02-370-KIT?) where to buy it? Can't find it online in US.

vint, I have not done this yet but plan to with my '19 Al 7.0. I doubt there will be much feel difference, but I want a slightly softer front end and as much bottom bracket height as possible as my trails are all roots, all the time.

I scoured the internet a months ago for this modification, and saw some conflicting reports. There is a $35 air shaft kit that will do the job, but I am not certain it is the same as the performance/factory forks and there is limited documentation when I put in my fork code on fox's site. Those who have done successful conversions on their rhythm forks seem to have contacted Fox service directly and ordered direct. It's not as simple as making a cart on amazon or jenson, but it sounds pretty painless. US Contact:

Good luck, will be interested in how it goes for you. I will probably do mine in December

    Thanks for the reply!
Yeah I'm still deciding wherever I need this or not. May will do the conversion for the next season.
