Will Panaracer Fire FR fit on a Rush?

Anyone currently running the Fire FR 2.4 on a Rush? I've got a set of the Fire XC's now and I love them, but want something a little beefier. The Fire FR looks just like the Fire XC, but BIGGER!!!



Anyway, just want to know if these bad boys will fit before I order them. If they won't fit, anyone have suggestions for a beefy tire that WILL fit on a Rush?

I think that owner's manual says 2,3 is the widest tire You can fit on the rush. I have Conti. Verticals 2,3 on my rush and they are great (they roll fast and grip very well). But there is enough space to put 2,4 tyre as well.

The manual does say 2.3 is the widest, but 2.3 tires ACTUAL tread width ranges from 2.1 all the way to 2.5 according to Shiggy's site.

I was just wondering if anyone had run this tire on a Rush before. I really want them!
