    Bladder come off??

I suspect the lower badder (held on by an O Ring) has come off. You can "blow" it off by putting too much pressure on your SPV.

Turn your bike upside down and remove the threaded plug on the end of the fork with a socket wrench. Pull the plug out slowly, if the badder is not attached, feel inside the fork with your fingers (it's submerged in oil) and see if you can locate it. Once found, put it back on the plug, slightly inflate and screw the plug back into the fork... There is a bleeding process for this, but that's covered in other topics on this forum.

I think he mentioned that he had problems with his TPC damper which leads me to the conclusion that he doesn't have a SPV bladder he can pressurize
