The best part is that it apparently folds up to fit in a Flat Rate Priority mail box (check his shipping options). SWEEEEET!!

Can someone email him and tell him his ride is worth maybe 500 bucks or more?

Man, that bike is sweet. It is "race bread" (as opposed to just plain old white bread) and the tail light is visable up to two miles away. That buy it now price is a steal.

I sent him a message after I stopped laughing and regained my composure. Apparently the electronics alone are worth $4000.00 or something ridiculous like that. I thought maybe it was a typo and the starting bid was $40.00. Should I buy it now

He's also selling a snow board. I think it's probably Dan, trying to pull some coin together to finish off his new Scalpel!!

Weights less than a big Mac value Meal
This is going in my signature.

Also liking the 12 dollar shipping...

Also like his counting abilities that helped determine the $4000 starting price.

This is how he counted telling us the amount of wonderous components on this "super custom, super worked, custom straight from Cannondale" bike

    1,2,3...8, 9,19, 20...

I think we need to get more users on Ebay to tell him he is full of crap. Is it just me or is all that XTR stuff from back in '00?

    IPOD Capable?

Does it have, like, speakers and stuff?
    WTF

That whole thing is just disturbing.

Oh yeah, and having it propped up by a garbage can for the pics definitely adds a touch of class!

He could have at least wiped off the dirt and water after he sprayed it down with the hose right before taking the pics! I messaged him to make sure he didnt accidently add an extra "0" in the price.

My wife and I just watched a movie called "Lars and the Real Girl". Funny movie by the way. Anyways its all about treating people with mental illness the same as everyone else.

Like Lars, I can almost see this guy with the Super V rolling around thinking that he is on a $4000.00 bike. Kinda funny and Kinda sad.

What, like 8 shades of red?

"Win it-watch for the heads to turn and the piks to snap"

I guess he is used to folks staring and pointing.

I wonder if he'd consider parting out those sweet custom levers? They don't match the bar ends at all.

that's some serious travel to be running slicks, or maybe slicks are the new DH choice, on second thoughts the water bottle could fly up and hit you in the face... well at least you could do some sweet curb drops on that rig.

I just sent this to him. Be interesting to see his reply

Hi there again. What happened to points 10-18? Are you leaving valuable information out to justify selling a $500.00 bike for $4000.00? If you include those items I might bid on it.
    Thanks

don't be so harsh! It got "All wiring is custom insulated" by Autozone or is it by Walmart? And custom matching pedals by Nashbar!

And "Loss/Damage protection included up to $100" with a great feedback, ZERO!

It should be moved to "Where are the Best Deals?" section.

I messaged him on ebay and told him his starting price should drop a zero and he replied back:

"Yhea-I know-not really a serious seller and wanted to see what people thought.

    Thanks for the advise."

Not me for a few reasons:

    • I already have everything I need for my Scalpel. What I don't have, I don't pay for.

    • I don't sell my bikes, I tried before but I can't do it, I get too emotional so I keep them all, even those I don't really use. With two more coming soon, I now have a garage to stock the lower valued ones, the nice ones get to stay inside my home. It turned out to be a good idea, I rented an old bike that was worth 300$ when new for 125$ for a TV shoot a few weeks ago. Bought a new chain, tools and beer with the money. Again:

    • I know a bit more about bikes than that: I would ask much more for it, all that crap bolted to the bike ain't cheap!

    • I would ask even more: I don't live in Kingston, PA, I live in Canada so with the current exchange rate, it would add a good 700$ in USD.

    • I would never put a colored tire on one of my bikes, red, beige, grey, green... colored tires belong on bikes sold at Walmart. Tires should always be black.

Bidding has ended for this item, 0 bids, ebay is happy, they collected probably $5-10 on this deal.
