    scalpel creaking (rear suspension linkage)

    i'm kinda ignorant when it comes to fill suspension mantanence. my 05 scalpel just creaks like crazy. I no or persume that i need to grease the bushings or whatever you call them.is this something i can do or do i need to take this to my LBS

    It depends how good you are with tools but it's far from rocket science, most can do it at home. Just look at this tech document from Cannondale and you should be fine... or at least be able to decide if you can do it yourself or not.

    no more creaking.very easy took less than an hour, way less .All i did was grease the two bearings and clean the rest.LBS wanted my scalel for three to four days. The only thing is that i don't have a torqe wrench so i just tried to make sure i didn't overtighten. thanks again for the feedback Dan.
