    Placed my order

Well I'll be joining the fam... I ordered my red 08 Rush 6z and it's due to arrive 4-12 or so...

I just thought I'd post as it's been a hard decision with information overload... but the test ride I had helped make up my mind.

Help me make my wait bearable!!!!

I would be out of my mind. You possibly have the most amount of patience for anyone I have met. Or you are really well medicated.

Based on some of his recent posts, I think it's the later.

    Be Happy!

My Prophet is sitting in the neighbors garage. My wife forbids me to even look at it until the 14th. Sheesh...

On a side note...how did you decide on a Rush over a Prophet? I still have time to swap for a 2007 Rush 5 at the local LBS. Quite new at this so I have no basis for an opinion other then what my neighbors ride.

    Congrats on the new Rush!

That is one farking scary face.

Well I'm brand new too, Rob, but here's what I know:

I test-rode a Feminine Rush 3 at the LBS and REALLY loved how it felt in small... I got home and did some more research and found out that the geometry of Cannondale smalls is about identical between guys and girls versions... but the guys version 1. looks cooler , 2. has $100 lower price tag .

I did not try a Prophet (there was no Prophet in small available), but it looks like the Prophet is considered All Mountain where the Rush is under their "Marathon" category (which I took as more centered towards XC). I did see a similarly priced Prophet to the 6Z I got, but since I knew and really felt a click with the Rush, I stuck with it.
