Are My Hubs Center Lock Type.

I have a Trail SL 29ER F4. They have the Shimano HB-M475 hubs. Are they the center lock type? I want to purchase a 2nd set of wheels to setup for street.

My current brakes are Tektro Auriga Comp.

A quick Google Images search say they're they "6 bolt" type.
If your hub uses 6 bolts(not 7, NOT 5 or 1.) to keep the disc on, then no. they are not centerlock.

    OK, Thanks.

I have disc brakes. So, can I take off my non center lock wheels with 160mm rotors and slip on center lock wheels with 160mm discs and not have disc to rotor alignment problems?

I think the disc and the rotor are the same thing, I think you meant to say the disc to caliper alignment.

And I am not positive, but I don't think you will have any alignment issues. Happy trails.
