    Lefty SL issues,,

Hey guys.... Im having problems with my new SL, I had Two on the other bikes, both came with problems, one losing air, and the other one with the rebound. well they were fixed.... but the one that came on my scalpel, it feels completely different...it feels like if the lockout is on.. its not plush. let say if i sit on the bike the fork should compress. on this one it barely compress i would say like 1-2mm... it feels really hard..... ANy ideas. before taking it to my bike shop, I know they will have to send it to cannondale and wait forever to get it back.. thanks

If I released the air, the fork compress all the way to the bottom, its not stuck... From what i seen in my other leftys, when the bearings migrated, the outer race ( I dont know if that the right name) usually it moves up. but i never seen it to move down....

Looks not too good. I think the needle bearing strip might be stuck on top of the migrated outer race.
Why don't you send it to Mendon?
I don't think a simple bearing reset will do the trick. It needs to be taken apart and put back together correctly....
