Does anyone have them? They aren't listed on the DT swiss calc page anymore, and I can't seem to find them on the web.

I assume you mean the Cannondale Si Omega hub.

These are the measurements that I have measured from the hub, they match the ones on the Sheldon Brown calculator available from the NoTubes web site.

Left Flange:
Diameter (dL) = 58mm
Center to Center (wL) = 18.35mm

Right Flange:
Diameter (dR) = 45mm
Center to Center (wR) = 31.56mm

S,mm: 2.5mm
