Instructions for replacing bearings in Lefty Hub???

Hi Folks, i'm looking for instructions for replacing the bearings in my Lefty Hub (its the standard c'dale hub off 2007 rush 4).

Also, i have the opportunity to replace the bearings with "standard" or ABEC 5's, any thoughts on these?

I'm sure someones already posted this but i can't see it after a troll through the posts.

    Thanks

They need to be punched out from the inside. Take off the end-cap and axle bolt with a pin spanner (counter clockwise thread), insert something to punch out the old bearings from the opposite side. Go slowly with small taps and don't tap always at the same place on the bearings, go like a noon, 6 o'clock, 9 o'clock, 3 o'clock routine so the bearings go out as straight as possible.

As for bearing choice, the standard bearings are not bad, I'm not sure how they rate ABEC-wise... racers sometimes will go with ceramic bearings for less friction and more durability.
