The second one looks like its the thing that goes in between the brake rotor and the front hub, but since theirs two of them and the package lists 132mm (mountain spindle size) I would think it might be something extra for the SI cranks. The code under the bar code says "SIBB/132/3.5/G" which indicates it is part of the SI BB. Does the Scalpel come with the cranks pre installed? I thought they did...

The other things look like they are something to keep the cables together under the top tube when it is under the shock. They have what looks like a hole to thread something into the frame, but I know there arnt any eyelets on the TT. I would just clip the two (brake and shift) cables together under the TT to keep them from drooping down near the shock. I believe that these are the solution to the problem that you had when you posted this thread:

Can't really see the actual size of the parts in the first pic, but my guess is some sort of cable-guides.

The first pic is for cable routing.

This is what it says on the manual. Part #KP057/
"Route rear brake line and rear derailluer cable above the rear shock between the top tube mount as shown.
Locate guides in the postions indicated as rear brake line and rear derailluer cable pass
through the through the shock mount"
    White is not a colour
