    Flash 29er A2C

I have a 2008 Lefty Carbon SL. Can anyone tell me if that will mate up well with a Flash 29er frame? I see they're speced for 90mm forks, this is a 26" 110mm converted to 80mm for 29er. Will its axle-to-crown be shorter than the forks that come stock on the Flash 29er? Thanks in advance.

Nobody? OK how about I put it like this:

What is the A2C of the 90mm Lefty found on Flash 29ers? I can measure my own and make a determination.

Yes...the 2008 Lefty will make the headtube sit lower than the current 29rs with 90mm of travel. The Lefty that you have starts when an overall shorter structure than the current 29r Lefty does. It'll be about 2 cm lower.

No worries, thanks to Mendoncyclesmith for confirming that the 2008 SL will be only 10mm less axle-to-crown (490mm vs 500mm) and 1/2 degree sharper angle . That was enough for me to take a shot on a great deal on a lightly used Flash 29er frame.
