    cannondale weights

    does anyone have a list of all the cannondales weights, if not does anyone know how much the cannondale F6 weighs?

    the '08 F6 seems very similar to the '07 F5, which weighed 29.75lbs in size Medium. here's a pdf for '07:

    i picked up my friends 29er and it was a tank compared to mine, then i picked up my other friends full sus gary fisher and it felt lighter than mine, i was shocked. i thought my bike was around 25 pounds

    The Asian-made Cannondales are close to 30lbs. To save more money- Alcoa does not even supply the aluminum. I believe Cannondale just sends Taiwan all the build specs.....and they do the rest. I just spent close to $1000- to get my F2000SL Optimo down to 22lbs(wheels/tires/cranks/carbon bar/cassette/seatpost). Now, it's as fast as a road bike- and light as a feather, passing my two-finger lift test.

    the F5 isnt asian made and 30 pounds, i guess its just cheaper material anyway

    Weigh yourself on a bathroom scale, holding your bike. Then, weigh yourself only. Subtract one weight from the other......and you have your bike weight. Most analog and digital bathroom scales are inaccurate for weights under 50lbs- so weighing the bike alone is pointless(plus, nearly impossible to balance w/o ever touching it).

    Heh, On a bathroom scale? My weight can change 2 pounds if I rotate my right foot 3 degrees to the left. I think its brokes.
