    Cannondale and Prophet???

Does anyone know if Cannondale is getting rid of the Prophet and replacing it with the Rise or Moto?
    Thanks

Apparently no. The Rize will be the high-end trail bike, the Moto the high-end big mountain bike and the Prophet is supposedly staying for another year or two as the entry level trail/all-mountain bike...

Moto and Rise seem too expensive to be considered replacements for the Prophet.
If/when the Prophet is discontinued, I bet they replace it with something closer to the Prophet's pricing level.

I wish they would sell the Prophet as a frameset. It could easily compete with the Heckler.

I hope they do not stop producing the Prophet any time soon b/c a) it is affordable for most people and b) it is a great bike for the type of riding it was designed to do.

I looked at the new Rize today and it sure looks like it could be the replacement for the Rush with more travel and apprx the same weight. I am interested in riding/buying the Rize but I would like to see a top of the line alum model which they dont have at this time.

yea Rize is not gonna replace the rush, It has much more travel than needed for a marathon bike. Not to mention the rize feels alittle more aggressive then needed one you are on it.
