    cannondale hubs rebuildable

I am looking at buying a used Gemini, it has a regular QR cannondale rear hub, I looked at it briefly, didn't have time to work on it, but the rear wheel has a lot of bearing slop. I know how to fix this on Shimano hubs, just wondering if anyone knows does a cannondale hub work same way as shimano cup and cone. Rear hub.

    Thanks Cannondale-ites.

I never apologize. I'm sorry, but that's just the way I am.

    Yes.

It is a cup/cone setup. They are made by Formula, I think, and are not the greatest.

Good luck. I'm replacing my rear wheel with something proper (Hadley or DT Swiss hub). The Cannondale hub my Prophet 1000 came with is a POS. I can properly adjust it, and a few rides later it has play again. Not worth the aggravation.
