    Bad vibrations!

Oh man, I took my newly rebuilt Supervee 600 out today and a particularly rocky section (Dragons Tail, Betws-y-Coed) my thumbs were numb and my hands were killing me. My bars are Titec Hellbent's with Titec grips. Anyone suggest a good pair of grips? I've only ever used ODI Lock-ons.

I have never paid too much attention to grips but I wouldn't want too soft ones, I'd feel like I have less control. Other things you could try to soften your ride is use good gloves with a bit of padding in the palms, don't over-inflate your tires (or run higher volume ones) and of course, adjust your suspension correctly.

ODI Rogues. My bike came with the thinner ODI Ruffians. I swapped them out for my spare Rogues. Rogues have a sticky soft durometer outer layer. Very comfortable plus the extra thickness and stickyness means I can use less grip pressure.

Soft durometer means the grip wears out faster
