    2013 26" 130mm to 29"?

I have a 2013 130mm 26" carbon XLR and was wondering if anyone knows if it can be reduced to 100-110 for a 29er. I've read that the bearings are now responsible for limiting travel so I'm confused as to whether I can limit a 26" externally on the cartridge like we used to with the older generation. Any help would be appreciated.

From what I know the cartridges are still the same, so spacers on top and the appropriate air volume reducers should do the trick.....But, in order to do a proper bearing reset you would have to remove those spacer clips, release all air and fully compress the fork.
Mendon should be able to chime in here.
