Damn. If I were in the market I'd snatch it up. What's next?

    Just got an EPO.

It really was sad cleaning it up today. The raw finish is frickin gorgeous in person.

Looking forward to the EPO build.

The RIOT frame/shock/sticker/headset combo looks amazing.

I love my EPO with the 27.5+ setup but I also love my Riot. If I had to get rid of one of them I'm not sure which one it would be.
Colin, did you already get rid of the Woodie?

I have, sorry. It's as advertised, especially for chunk...both going up and down. The Avy'd Float X is no slouch either, but you can't beat the Woodie for minimal stiction.

I love my Riot and don't want to get rid of it any time soon, but this offer is still very tempting .

    2016 geo, pre-polished, and an avy'd float x!

Let me know if you want to get rid of just the float x.

For the record, I'm calling dibs on Colin's carbon Riot when he sells it 5 months later.

You guys really want a carbon riot? Why?

Carbon frame molds are $$$$$ and c-field does so many evolutions you would lose that.

They would pretty much have to run the same frame for like 3 years to even turn a profit.

Yep. I'm going to have to play with the sag and compression some now that it's on the EPO. I'd love to try the Xfusion Revel if they ever release the damn thing.

Will do. I recently had Craig add the HSB valve, so I'm pretty much maxed out on Avy goodness.

This is quite surprising.....You have been THE biggest advocate for this bike. Just curious how you came to this conclusion?

I still am. I stand beside the fact that it's the most dialed FS 29er I've ever straddled.

It's not a willful choice, believe me. I'd love to have both the EPO and Riot in the stable, but it's not in the cards presently.

Work and other obligations have really limited my riding time lately and that's only going to be more so in the future. My oldest is about to be 6 and he's becoming my usual riding buddy so we're riding more flowy goodness instead of black diamonds. The EPO should allow me to have more fun and be challenged on those types of trails. As it stands, I'd have to drive over an hour to get to trails worthy of the Riot in terms of sustained DH and chunk and that's just not happening. I hope the EPO will make some of these old local trails fresh and fun again.
