    question for jedi owners!

    hi
I'm riding a jedi with fox 40 and it seems that the fork smashes the brakes and gears housing
did some one try to pass the cables through the "F1" shape at the head tube to keep the fork from touching the cables?
    thanks

Make sure the bumpers are lined up so the "fat " part of the bumper is what is hitting the frame, and position them so that the lines are above or below the contact points, so the bumpers themselves don't mash the lines.

I wouldn't. The angular/sharp nature of the cut out might wear through the cables from vibration and bouncing and turning.
