    trailwork report from demo forest

Trailwork crew done with drain work for the year gets to build some cool technical stunts! Ride Braille and see if you can find the new stunt "The Serpent". Remember "Ride Don't Slide".

    My Guess

My guess----------- is that the exit onto the heli-pad was an opportunity to launch with a nice jump. If you were new to the area you probably wouldn't realize that standing or sitting at the exit was a good idea. I've had to tell riders not to stand at the exit because riders can't see if anyone is standing there until its too late......

It was a nice jump at mach speeds.

    Just my guess

yes, the re-route was done because people were dropping/jumping into the helipad. This happened a couple times when there were rescue vehicles parked there so the CDF needed to re-route the trail to make sure that people didn't crash into a rescue party. In combination with the reroute a new memorial bench with an amazing view was built on the side of the new section of trail.
