Today, Kennedy, Noon...come check out Ancient Rascals new bike

Late notice but come on down...we can chat about how little shade there is on Kennedy all the way up.
I'm not sure how this works.

    Friday beat down ride !

Today, Kennedy, Noon...come check out Ancient Rascals new bike-0531131424.jpg Yup ... Saratoga and Los Gatos are way over there but we are now in Palo Alto heading towards S.F. After this photo he hides his phone on the trail just so we have to re-do a single track section!

    Epic day with AR

So much fun riding with Ben today in the Canyon. Lots of shade and some tasty trails for sure.

I was a complete loser today though...forgot my lid and also dropped my iPhone on the start of a DH and didn't notice till I hit the bottom and up some...don't think we needed the extra footies but we earned em anyhow and I found my phone on the trail...phew. Skirted some JLaw along the way which is always an adventure. AR's bike is SICK!!! I don't think I have ever seen him on ST and he was killing it!!! Here's the proof:

    The 3 hour tour

Thanks for giving me the Canyon tour yesterday Josh. Never would have rode that area without someone to show it to me. Just enough difficulty and thrills without going to extremes. Must admit this 3rd ride on the Ripley was all I could handle. Sure gave me something to put into the Ripley ride report thread ! I come get you again for that one! Edit: You mentioned that you usually can't loose weight riding? May want to weigh yourself this morning. That ride pulled a minimum 3 lbs off me as this morning I weighed in @ 151 and for years ... almost always run double nickels @ 155. Just like the weight loss programs on treadmills are longer ones ... so was that ride, at least for me. Dang ... time for the sub 40 again ... eh?
