    Therapy

Broke away for a couple hours this morning. First ride in about 3 weeks (rain, some other issues) so needed an escape from everything to just ride.
Ended up in Rockville... (convenient, fun all the good stuff). Conditions were perfect. Wonderful weather. Trails were in great condition. Simply turn the pedals and follow where the bike led. Felt great. Able to clear the head a bit and then enjoy a beer.

    Couple o' shots:

    1- Scenery
2- Can you see where the original line was? Also got rid of some cheater rocks in the Rockgarden.
    3- Dirt leading me on
4- Future companion in all the pink and Barbie glory. Took her fist solo trip down a few houses and back. Very eager to loose the training wheels. Later she went worm hunting with her brother.

Love the elbow/knee armor! Looks like the new Roach stuff for the Toys-R-Us "Little Freeriders" 2006 line. Nice.
