    Skeggs Everything

Ride every trail at Skeggs. 40 miles, 9500 ish feet of climbing.

Is this a thing anymore? A quick search found some old threads from 2012. Anyone attempt this more recently than that? Have tracks to share? Desirable routes?
Id like to resurrect this seemingly awesome accomplishment in the near future.

Check out the route Ive layed out recently. It incorporates the new Oljon/parking lot and closure of upper Steam Donkey trail.

People usually do this closer to the summer solstice so they have enough daylight to finish.

Doing it during the shorter daylight time of year would be an even more impressive feat.

Elevation was way off on the second one.
To be more clear I park at gate CM08, stash water and food at the little exit between CM08 and CM09, also stash water on my way there at CM05 and CM00.

I'm up for at least 1/2 that, and running a SAG wagon/BBQ this spring.

Don't forget all the little extensions that return to the roads, also I thought upper Steam Donkey is still open so got to hit that too.

Thanks for the info and sharing your rides MTBRdan. Im not sure I agree with doing the extensions on Leaf trails. Seems kinda nit picky, but you have a point: everything is EVERYTHING.
A few weeks back, as I came down Oljon, I glanced up at where upper Steam Donkey drops in. It happened pretty fast but I thought I saw the trail purposely closed off with debris and logs. Will require further investigation.
Glad to see that there is still interest in doing this. Will update and plan for a Spring/Summer attempt.

I don't think it is closed off, I rode it a couple months ago. It's is pretty steep and rooty right off Oljon btw. Might ride it tomorrow at lunchtime, will scout it out.

Huge props to the guys who are considering this. Hope to see some of you tackle it.

I think the biggest Mt ride Iíve done was Nisene>Braille>Corral>Nisene. This was in a much fitter version of me.
