    Rockville on a Sunday afternoon?

After a weekend of Bday parties I'll be needing something else besides sugar hyped munchkins. Last party finishes around 2 ( I hope).
So maybe a 4(ish) ride tomorrow (8/8)? I'll be in good shape with bday cake and soda as proper nutrition.

    Touche

I'll ride with you at 4, but it has to be down here somewhere. Ever been to Santa Theresa?

Tempting but don't have the extra 2 hours for the drive time. I can be in Rockville in about 20 minutes.
Maybe another time. I still want to redo Coe at some point. Haven't been there see we last rode there.

i was at dville all weekend or i woulda rolled ... lemme know whats crackin next sunday ... i think i gotta work saturday tough

also if anyones doin mid week rides at rockville early evenings hit me up, the group i normally ride with ive kinda fallen out of touch with the last few weeks, plus my buddy crashed pretty bad on the green valley hill so i dont know when he will be going out again.

I hate riding by myself, i usually dont have the ambition to do as much stuff / pull as many miles as i would when im with people.

Ya'll missed some good stuff. The sun was a little hot but as soon as it started dipping the temp was quite nice. And.... as an extra bonus.... the goats are gone! The chain is gone and Tilley is open.
Looks a little weird though. The steeper parts are quite covered with leaves in the grooves so braking is an interesting experience. The underbrush has this strange open look now about a foot or so of clearance all the way through. Fuzzy weed wackers
And of course I crashed in the Rock Garden again. 3 for the last 3 trips.....I gotta boo-boo! Maybe I should sue:
-my wife for letting me ride when I asked.
-the dad at this afternoon's bday party for forcing me to have a beer or two.
-the bike mfg. for making a bike that would make me think I can ride over everthing.
-the tire mfg. for making a bike that would make me think I can ride over everthing.
-myself for not taking the proper precautions and understanding the risks.
-MTBR for giving me ideas and delusions of grandeur.
