    PSA Pleasanton Ridge ticketing

Met a guy today who got a ticket yesterday--yes during the week--for riding on single track down to the main staging area-----on the lower section since the upper has been removed. He has not received the notice so no idea on the fine.

First I have heard over the years of this taking place mid week--no idea if it was a one off but he says the ranger was hidden and just waiting for bikers----he was doing nothing else

Old news. That lower trail has been a known ticket threat ever since I have been riding there.

Agree we have issues every so often over the years-- but in case folks need a reminder---but in your experience have you seen anything mid week----I can ride here from home so have for nearly 30 years but a mid week issue is new on me-----of course that is close to the staging area so by nature an easy place to get nabbed

Not sure. I only ride the north side these days. But I do know of at least two different friends that received a ticket in the exact spot you described in the last year. (Not sure on the day of the week though)

The one time I went to P Ridge was mid-week and the rangers were out in force ticketing and destroying single track. I haven't been back.

No clue it was my first time there and I was on my own. Probably the upper section that led to the main staging area (this was years ago).
However I can't recall how far along the Ridge I was.
