Non-Bike Related: My Nephew made it to the finals (SYTYCD)!

Ok, I know this isn't bike related but I know the Norcal Forum is the most active. If this is not the proper place (moderators), please delete or move. Otherwise, here goes:

My nephew Bailey made it to the finals of this TV dance show (So You Think You Can Dance). Tonight is the most crucial night because this is when the final votes are taken (you have from 7 PST today until 9 AM PST tomorrow to vote).

A little background on Bailey... he was born in 2000 as a premature baby (I think he was only 6 months old?). This explains why he's barely 5 feet tall (okay, I'm also short so genetically, he was behind the 8-ball). But he's been dancing since he was able to and this year, he joined this dance contest hoping to do well, only to make it to the Final 4!

I don't have very much social media presence and this forum is probably the only one I go to (although I don't post a lot). I'm hoping you guys can spare some time and vote tonight. If you can, this is how you do it (each person can potentially cast 80 votes).

    1. Text BAILEY to 21523- you must text 20 times per device
    2. Fox App - Please DOWNLOAD APP - 20 times per email and/or FB account.
    3. Super Vote on their website - https://www.fox.com/dance/vote/ - 20 times for each valid email!
4.Facebook fan page - 20 times for each FB account.

    Thanks again!

I just happen to be sitting near a TV just now, and Bailey was on! Awesome dancer. OK, I've watched my 5 min of TV for the week!

Thanks so much! I wish I rode half as good as he danced. LOL!

I saw him a few weeks ago--super talented! I didn't realize how short he was until he stood next to the British chick on the show.
Ride fast. Huck bravely. Waste no beer. Safety third.

Bailey is five feet tall on a good day (I'm no better). Cat Deely is already tall but wears high heels on every show. She makes Bailey and Mariah look like kindergarteners. =P

my vote's for Bailey to win. My wife and daughter watch the show religiously so I get my fair share of 'So You Think' (that's what the cools kinds are calling it these days ;-))

Haha! Thanks again for the support.

This little guy is actually much more awesome in person than what they portray him on television. He's been dancing and working his entire life (music videos with Chris Brown, making it to the semifinals of America's Got Talent, working weekends at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas, dance clinics, winning Juste Debout Worlds in 2013, etc) but he remains grounded, humble and just a goofy wholesome kid! All this despite having my sister as her mom... lol!

He's also very dedicated... in fact, he put his college on hold (he got a full scholarship at UNLV) to pursue his dream.

Sorry for the late follow-up BUT I would just like to say THANKS for all the support. My little guy WON the whole enchilada! I am so happy and proud for him... he definitely has a bright future ahead.

If you're interested in watching him perform live, the top 10 finalists are touring in a couple of weeks:
