After today, the new shiny be gone. Dust everywhere but....my first attempt at a swap of this magnitude functioned with no mechanical bizarre behavior on trail.

Nice. Nothing like a fresh DT to make things crispy again.
I've got a stack of PG990 cassettes and PC991 chains all brand new and spanky sitting in the bike closet, waiting ever so patiently to be put into use.

What chain is that on there WG?

Chain is a PC69.
Obi - you're welcome to an old cassette. I have a rather used XT 760 I'd rather see recycled than toss.
