    ^ archemides determined the diameter of the earth with great accuracy using two obelisks in egypt before the birth of christ... so obelisk ftw

    All the steel, concrete, and other labor for the obelisk was from local companies.

    it is a pretty cool sculpture. it's big too. i love the irony, that a car dealership basically paid for it, had it put in front of their dealership and loves it! awesome
