    Calling all Wednesday slackers

Short notice, of course, but I'm looking for fellow slackers-in-arms for a Tamarancho loop this afternoon.

I'd like to roll from the Java Hut parking lot by about 4 PM, and spin up the hill for a 2-hour tour. Probably just one loop, and I'll be going slow if it's hot.

Anyone game? Post here, or look for red toyota p-up and blue kona hardtail.

    _Q.

Too many variables to guarantee anything, but if the stars line up with work and baby I'll spin with you. If I don't see you at Java$lut by 4, I'm out.

I have a old red camelback HAWG with mold stains all over the back.

BTW, it's pretty mild here, esp. compared to yesterday.

    quickies

I didn't leave home till 4:30, and had about an hour to ride, so I just powered through the loop. Were you out there? I passed a few riders but no Konas, unless you were taking a scenery break.

No particular observations, Tamarancho, what more can you say. It was cool enough, but by the time I got home it was just starting to feel real nice.

I took several scenery breaks along Wagon Wheel...I think you may have passed me at the overlook just before the junction with B-17. I was the guy sweating in the shade...

    Maybe next time!
