    Until public commenting is does in each region and they make regional policy, then it is currently up to the local BLM Manager. You can find more information and how to comment here.

    All over the place.

    Similar to National Forests. Even though there is a standardized FS position on ebikes local interpretation varies widely from no ebikes at all to go ahead we don't care. FS LEOs are the same, some enforce whatever the local policy is, others ignore it.

    The BLM seems to be a bit more progressive than the USFS in regards to e-bikes; they're under the Dept. of Interior as opposed to the USFS being under the Dept. of Agriculture.

    The SECRETARY OF THE INTERIOR Order Number 3376 is a good read.
