saint 810 brakes wont stop shaking

Okay i built up a 29 single speed with some saint brakes and i don't seem to be able to get them to stop shaking when riding. I am running a 180 on the rear. The front i have 203s and they work great i just cant get the rear brake to stop. It feels like it is shaking the entire rear triangle. Any ideas sorry this is my first build and just out of my league figuring this one out. Any ideas appreciated i will try anything the brakes still work well just the shake and noise is driving me nuts for the price they should be good and quiet... do i need to try a new rotor or something/

try swap the brake pad from front to rear, the main reason could be creat by the brake pad.
