Magura customer service is incredible. I managed to snap the master cylinder (where the lever connects) last Sunday. I emailed Magura USA that afternoon with a photo of what happened and a copy of my receipt. By Monday afternoon, I had a reply stating that was covered by warranty, and asking for my shipping address. By Thursday I had a complete new front brake.

One of my friends had the same experience, except in his case they sent him a complete new set of MT Trails and a bleed kit.

I love their brakes in and of themselves, but that level of CS is just fantastic.
