Looking for Hope, Avid, Shimano DOT Hydro levers

For an experiment, I need some scrap Hope levers (open type), Avid, DOT type Shimano XT/Grimeca System 8/Sram disc levers.

Need to keep costs very low because it might not work.

If lines are available, would be nice, too. Just as long as the caliper fitting is the side-bolt type.

Old Mini levers might be ideal, but not sure.

I would like to update this to say that Hayes levers, the El Caminos, in particular, might work.

So I'm looking for DOT levers from Hope Minis, Avid Juicy 5 or 7 (seven preferable due to the ability to dial the pistons in case of mismatch), or Hayes El Caminos. Lines would be great, too.
