New question here. hydro lever not springing back all the way?

recently installed some straitline levers on my shimano brakes.....

The straitlines feel great and are super nicely made! One weird thing though, since the install, my front lever doesn't always fully return. When the bike is cold, it's not a problem. But after a good bit of descending the lever quits spring back all the way, and I end up pushing it back.

Not a big deal, just annoying.

    What's causing this?
    not enough oil?
    bent piston in the resi?
    dirt?
    too much lock-tite?

just looking for ideas before I pull it all apart....

It's either loc-tite got where it shouldn't (like the pivot area or the knuckle) or the pushrod is bent.

Oh... you said only when the system is warm... That sounds like a bleed issue.
