    Should be quite simple....

remove the wheel, open up the inboard pad adjuster all the way. With a pair of smaller needle nosed pliers bend the open end of the split pin goes through the top of the caliper and the tabs on the brake pads and return spring closed and then remove it from the caliper. Once the pin is removed you can use the same pliers to reach in and gently press the pads together from the rotor opening end of the caliper. Once compressed together pull down and out. The pads should come free of the caliper fairly easily. Next make a brake pad sandwich with the inboard and outboard pad and the return spring in the middle with the new pads. Slide them in place, insert the new split pin that should have come with the new pads. Install the wheel, make pad spacing adjustments as needed and your done. If you need help or pictures to go with it, go here, http://techdocs.shimano.com/media/te...9830604364.pdf
