    Hayes G2 caliper question

The routing on my frame to my Hayes G2 caliper has a nasty bend in it. Can the bleed screw be swapped with the brake line in order to make a more perfect union? I realize I could unthread both and check, but I'm hoping a wise elder will already know. Functionally if they are threaded the same it seems like it shoud work.

you're looking for info here too...

If the the G2 and G1 are similar in the caliper it looks like it just might work On the G1 that I have had apart the 2 halves mirrored each other from what I could see

    Sorry.....

They are different, the one with the bleed screw has a machined surface inside to seal the bleed screw.

You can use a banjo instead of an inline fitting at the caliper.
