    Gore RideOn Sealed brake cables

Does the RideOn sealed brake housing use compression-less housing or is it the coiled type like conventional housing?

    Thanks.

No, not compressionless housing, but spirally wound like a conventional brake cable (without an internal liner).

It works on exactly the same principles as their sealed gear cables - in that you pass the separate liner through the entire length of the brake cable run on your frame.

It works great and is very long lasting.
