Formula The Ones (2010) O-ring in the bleed port?

I have downloaded the PDF from Formulas website where it groups the R1 and The One brake bleeding method into 1 tutorial.
I took the bleed port screw (T10) out expecting to find the O-ring.
No O-ring is in there!. The front brakes have twice now had an air bubble. So I thought maybe the mechanic who built the bike may have lost the O-Ring. I have a brand new 2009 Formula The One brake still in the box. So I took off the bleed port screw and viola, no O-Ring.
    what gives?

I thought they didn't change the caliper in their new design so I would say it should be there...

I have a new set of RX , . Downloaded the same bleed instructions and had the same thought as I pulled the bleed screw........ The instruction say to BE CAREFUL not to loose the O-ring, but there doesn't appear to be one..
