Can this frame work with 140mm brakes/rotors?

Is there anything I can do to make this frame accept a 140mm rotor? It currently has a 160mm brake.

In a word, no. Not really any modification that can be made without damaging the frame. You could try removing the CPS spacers but I doubt that would even give you the clearance.

even if you can clear the 10mm the 140mm rotor required, the question is why? It's not that much lighter, and you are giving up quite a bit of power as well, heck the rotor is smaller than the 34 cassette I have 140 set up before and in the end it's just not worth it.

Is it weight saving you are looking for, it's not really there.

Thanks, I was afraid of that. My main bike has 140mm rear's & I'd like to be able to more easily swap wheels. I only weigh 144lbs & haven't had any problems with the braking power of the 140mm, so I'd like to keep using them.
