I've been using A2Z adopter on old GT and while others warn me that the dropouts aren't meant to take that kind of pressure, I have zero issues. Rotational force is applied on the solid dropout plate, and the adopter plate wraps around the whole dropout, so it is not applying point pressure on any tubes. The way I look at it, dropouts are meant to take rotational force, and square hits (landing), and especailly old Zaskar was built like a tank, I see no issue. BT and woodman are so expensive and I don't like the thoughts of applying an accute pressure on ONE of the seat stays. Oh and much lighter than BT. Put it on, then forget it.
